What we offer you - the role
We have exciting opportunities for highly creative people with a passion for new ideas, TV and popular culture to join us for 9 months as part of one of our TV teams based in our UK office in Kensington, central London.

This is a challenging and exciting role, generating and developing ideas for TV productions. You will work closely with the Development Executive as part of an expanding team, keeping up with what's going on in the world of popular global TV and entertainment and engaging others in the idea generating process.

To enhance your skills we will proactively seek ways of assisting you in the development of your own skills and knowledge, constantly enabling you to keep up to date with the latest developments in popular global TV and entertainment and ways of developing creative ideas and solutions.

What we're looking for from you
We are looking for you to be enthusiastic and upbeat in a way which is visible and contagious, inspiring others with a positive approach. With a real passion for TV, you will be a prolific ideas generator, able to join the dots between seemingly unrelated things. You will be knowledgeable about popular culture, with an in depth understanding of trends as well as being able to connect with what's current and potentially pioneering, particularly in relation to TV.

The salary for the role will be circa £20k pro-rated for the 9 month period you'll be with us and in addition we operate a flexible benefits package which gives you the opportunity to buy and sell holidays and opt for a range of benefits such as Private Health Insurance, Dental insurance and Health Screening. We also offer a Cycle to work Scheme amongst other options should you wish to choose them.

The process
There will two further stages to our selection process. If you are shortlisted for the second and final stages, they will be in the form of assessment centres and will take place in late January and early February 09 in our offices in Kensington, central London.

The second stage assessment centres will be held on 29th and 30th January 2009. The final stage assessment centre will be on 13th February 2009.
