Get ready for an unmissable night of Sports Relief madness this Friday as Lemar gets set for the big fight against GMTV's Ben Shephard.

Preparations for the celebrity boxing match in aid of Comic Relief has seen both boys put through an intense 6 week training regime, and with mentoring from Commonwealth lightweight champion Amir Khan and boxing mastermind Jim McDonnell, Lemar is feeling confident!

He says: "Jim's been putting me in the ring with people so, if it's like them, cool and if Ben hits like them he must be a very strong person for 13st because they're much bigger than that!"

He adds: "My older brothers put me through a pummelling!" and "Being the youngest, I took one or two hits growing up."
