Taken from their number one album 'The Trick To Life', the distinctive odd pop trio are back with their third single 'Worst Case Scenario' released on 7th January. Following on from the success of their top five singles 'Worried about Ray' and 'Goodbye Mr A' this punchy little number is set to be another sure-fire floor jerking hit for the Hoosiers.

'Worst Case Scenario' is the Hoosiers at their 'quirky' best. The lyrics describe the perfect pessimist, yet in typical Hoosier style, the melody is as upbeat and 'feel good' as we've come to expect. The song is a nod to a lot of the band's favourite songs, all of which are typically British and Mournful from Radiohead, Elbow and Chet Baker. To sum it up, it's about being in love with being miserable. There is a message in the midst of the chirpy sound!

The band have blown crowds away at Latitude, Secret Garden and V Festival and had recent sell-out dates at London's Kings College and ULU. Irwin (vocals/guitar), Alphonso (Drums) and Martin (Bass) have just announced a 2008 UK tour with a highlight being a headline show at the staunchly impressive Shepherd's Bush Empire on 4th March.
